Pathways to Care in Ohio: A Guide for Multi-System Youth and Their Families

Created to support families and professionals serving children with complex behavioral, developmental, and mental health needs, Pathways to Care is a practical, statewide directory of more than 2,000 verified state and local resources for Ohio’s multi-system youth. It recognizes that care often spans schools, healthcare providers, county agencies, courts, and community organizations, bringing those systems into one place. (2026) 

Created to strengthen partnerships between behavioral health and faith communities, the Directory of Faith Communities in Ohio offers a verified listing of over 6,000 congregations from every corner of the state. Born out of respect for all faith traditions and compassion for Ohio’s most vulnerable families, it serves as a bridge between those who provide care and those who offer spiritual support. (2025)
